What Our Warranty Covers

  • ✓ Defects in the leather or stitching under normal use
  • ✓ Faulty hardware, such as the card mechanism or closure
  • ✓ Issues with the built-in RFID protection
  • ✓ Defects affecting the NFC or tracking card functionality
If your wallet experiences any of these issues within 12 months of your purchase date, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

What It Does Not Cover

  • ✕ Normal aging, patina, or natural changes in the leather over time
  • ✕ Accidental damage, drops, or water damage
  • ✕ Damage from improper use, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
  • ✕ Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear from everyday use
  • ✕ Lost or stolen wallets
  • ✕ Normal battery depletion of the tracking card over time
Please note: genuine leather, especially crazy horse leather, is designed to develop character and a unique patina with age. These natural changes are part of what makes each wallet unique — and are celebrated, not considered defects.

How To Make A Claim

  1. Email us at canadafabfind@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include a few clear photos showing the defect.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
