SECTION 01 — ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are carefully picked, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day.

Delivery times are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and peak periods.

Priority Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. International shipping to additional destinations is coming soon.

SECTION 04 — ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery status.
Tracking Activation: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to activate after your order is dispatched. Updates appear once the carrier scans the package into their system.
Real-Time Updates: Your tracking link provides live delivery status updates so you always know exactly where your order is.
You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

SECTION 05 — SHIPPING DELAYS
While we work exclusively with reliable carriers and fulfillment partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our direct control. These may include:
High Order Volume Periods: During holidays, major sale events, and peak seasons, carrier networks may experience higher than usual volumes causing minor delays.
Weather Conditions: Severe weather events in your region or along the delivery route may occasionally impact estimated delivery timeframes.
Carrier or Customs Processing: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections which can add additional processing time beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience in the rare event of a delay. Our team always works swiftly to resolve any shipping issues and will proactively communicate with you if your order is significantly delayed.

SECTION 06 — LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
In the rare event that your tracking status shows as delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and support you.
Report Within 7 Days: Please contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier promptly.
Check Your Surroundings: Before contacting us, we recommend checking with neighbours, building management, or any safe drop locations near your address.
We Will Make It Right: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

SECTION 07 — INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. FabFind Canada is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

SECTION 08 — DUTIES & TAXES
Canadian Orders: All prices displayed on our website include applicable Canadian taxes. No additional charges will apply at delivery for Canadian customers.
United States Orders: US customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
